      How to Reset Your Account Password in HubSpot?

      Learn how to quickly reset your HubSpot password if you’ve forgotten it or want to update your login credentials.

      If you’ve forgotten your HubSpot password or simply want to update it for security reasons, you can easily reset it using the “Forgot my password” option on the login page. This guide will walk you through the steps to reset your password and regain access to your account safely.

      Step-by-Step Instructions

      Step 1: Go to the HubSpot Login Page

      Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

      • Type in the email address associated with your HubSpot account.

      • Click “Send reset email.”

      💡 Tip: If you’re not sure which email address is linked to your HubSpot account, check the one you use to receive HubSpot notifications.

      Step 3: Check Your Email

      • Go to your email inbox and look for an email titled “Reset your HubSpot password.”

      • If you don’t see it within a few minutes, check your Spam or Junk folder.

      ⚠️ Important: The password reset link expires after 24 hours. If it’s expired, repeat Step 1 to request a new link.

      Step 4: Click the Password Reset Link

      • Open the email and click the “Reset Password” button.

      • You’ll be redirected to HubSpot’s secure password reset page.

      Step 5: Create a New Password

      • Enter your new password, making sure it meets HubSpot’s security requirements:

        • At least 8 characters long

        • Includes at least 1 uppercase letter

        • Includes at least 1 number

        • Includes at least 1 symbol (e.g., !, @, #, $)

      • Click “Reset Password” to confirm.

      Step 6: Log In with Your New Password

      • Once your password has been successfully updated, you’ll be redirected to the HubSpot login page.

      • Enter your email and new password to access your account.

      Additional Tips

      • 🔁 Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):
        Add an extra layer of security by enabling 2FA from your Account Settings > Security section.

      • 📧 Didn’t receive the email?
        Try resending the password reset link or whitelist no-reply@hubspot.com in your email client.

      • 🧍‍♀️ Still can’t log in?
        Contact HubSpot Support or your account admin to verify your access permissions.
